Classes and payments
Understanding AI is completely free and always will be. It's perfect for most people.
Embedding AI and Thriving with AI are paid workshops because they include our custom tools that work with leading AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.
These tools consume AI credits, which costs us money.
Cancellations and refunds
Free workshops: Just don't show up if you can't make it. Let us know if possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Paid workshops: Our main goal is helping you achieve what you came for. If you're unhappy or not making progress, tell us. We'll do everything we can to get you back on track.
If we messed up, we'll make it right. But if you've used the AI tools and consumed credits, we can't offer refunds since those costs are real and immediate.
What you can and can't do
You can:
- Use AI Ready for learning and skill building
- Share your projects and progress with others
- Ask questions and get help from our team
- Provide feedback to help us improve
You can't:
- Use AI Ready for anything illegal or harmful
- Spam other users or our team
- Share inappropriate content (offensive, threatening, or adult material)
- Try to hack or break our systems
- Resell or redistribute our workshop materials without permission
- Impersonate us, other people, or organizations
Your content and projects
When you create something during AI Ready workshops (like exercises, projects, or in-app activities), you own it completely. It's yours.
However, you give us permission to use your work for legitimate business purposes, always with privacy protection:
- Marketing materials and success stories (using only first names like "Sarah said this")
- Sharing examples with partners
- Website showcases and case studies
- Improving our workshops for future participants
We protect your privacy by only using first names, generic profile pictures, and never sharing personal details. Your work helps other people see what's possible with AI Ready.
Don't post anything that belongs to someone else without permission. Respect copyright and intellectual property.
Our content
Our workshop materials, guides, and resources belong to us. You can use them for your own learning, but don't redistribute them or use them commercially without asking.
If you have feedback or suggestions about our content, we'd love to hear them. Just know that we might use your ideas to improve AI Ready for everyone.
Privacy and data

What happens if things go wrong
